Schuller’s Kitchen Return Policy
As part of our commitment to fresh, quality baked goods, Sculler’s Kitchen stands behind our products and we want you to be happy with them. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, please send us an email at info@schullerskitchen.com.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on perishable food products. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you received an incorrect item, please do not open the packaging. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds on items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.
We do our best to minimize product breakage in transit; however, cookies can experience some breakage during shipping. If your food product arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Please DO NOT return any food product without contacting us for returns information and the formal return form.
Returns:
We will not accept returns on perishable food items, however if your item is defective, damaged or contaminated, you may contact us to request a return within 14 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within five (5) business days.
Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and food likes/dislikes, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are “not quite to your liking.”
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after five (5) business days, we ask that you first check with your bank or Credit Card Company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@schullerskitchen.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be applied to your account. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping to Schuller’s Kitchen
Products should only be shipped to us if you have been instructed to do so by one of our Customer Service Representatives. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
